Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched from China within 7 calendar days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped by air from China. We aim to deliver orders within 20 calendar days from the order confirmation date. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier schedule, customs clearance, weather, holidays, and other conditions outside our control.

Remote and rural areas may require additional delivery time.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available. Please make sure your shipping address, email address, and phone number are accurate at checkout.

SenJoy Mahjong is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
